1. Take walks. If you are spending a lot of time sitting down then you should take at least one 45 minute walk per day. Choose to take the stairs instead of the elevators and so on. To get inspiration you can download an app to see how many steps you have walked during the days and how many calories you have burned. There are several of those apps out there.You’ll find soon enough that you have improved stamina and energy which you can use for heavier and more intense workouts at the gym. 

2 The lazy work out. Having a “lazy,” routine is a great way to get yourself in the gym doors consistently when you’re not feeling  motivated. Here follows examples of an lazy routine

3. Working out Vs Weight Loss.  When you’re not eating that healthily, it’s easy to let your gym routine fall by the wayside. But here’s the thing; no matter how you’re eating, there are still so many reasons you should still go to the gym: it increases your energy, your mood…and guess what, you become stronger and can do more things! Soo I really recommend that you go to the gym even on those days when you are not that motivated.






4. Podcasts and audio books. What better way to motivate yourself to get to the gym than assigning audio books and podcasts that you can ONLY listen to while you’re there.  If you’re dying to know what happens, you’ll be running to the gym every day! So choose podcaats and audio books that you sit glued to so to say.






5. The home fitness plan. If something  random and unexpected happens that makes it impossible for you to go to the gym, then the home fitness plan come in handy. So come up with a fun home fitness routine! There are literally THOUSANDS of Youtube channels dedicated to fitness. And Pinterest has lots of ideas as well.  Find a special spot at home where you can bust a few moves, and get it done. It doesn’t feel as official as going to the gym, sure, but you’ll still get in the physical exercise you need that day!
